All our products are packed & shipped plastic-free, we guarantee. We aim to eliminate plastic packaging in the delivery process as much as possible. Still, sometimes, our third-party product providers make mistakes. It does not happen often, but there is always a risk.

Our return policy applies for 30 days after purchase.
To complete your return:
Please contact us via panda@boonboo.com with your order ID.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
